Booking & Payment

How do I make a booking?
Through our online booking form — choose your vehicle, dates and delivery location, and you’ll receive instant confirmation.
Is a deposit required?
No. We don’t require a deposit and we don’t hold funds on your card. Payment is made on delivery of the vehicle.
What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, credit/debit card (Visa / Mastercard) except except American express

Can I cancel or modify my booking?
based on cancellation policy

Driver Requirements

What is the minimum age to rent?

23 years and over for cars, motorbikes 125cc, ATVs 450cc. ( Drivers under 23 years of age are not insured by insurance organizations due to risk ).

What licence do I need?

Cars: valid category B licence.

Motorbike 125cc: ONLY category A1 (or higher A2,A).

ATV 450cc: category B.

Non-EU drivers depending of the country an international driver permit may be required

Insurance & Safety

What insurance is included?

every rental includes basic insurance third party liability (TP) . we also offer CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) coverage with specific exemptions depending on the vehicle of your choice for those who want additional protection. 

What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

Pick-up & Drop-off

Where can I pick up my vehicle?
We deliver free of charge to Santorini Airport, Athinios Port, Fira, Perissa, Emporio and most locations across the island (except Oia). Just tell us where you are.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery and collection are completely free. No hidden fees, ever. Available 24/7.
Airport Pick-up

As soon as we receive your reservation, our representative will contact you via whats-app, i-message to confirm your reservation.

2 days before your arrival

we will contact you again to confirm your flight number and we will send you a video / Google maps and detailed information to find our station at the airport.

Port Pick-up

as soon as we receive your reservation a representative will contact you via whats-app / i-message for confirmation 

2 Days before your arrival 

we will contact you again to confirm your vessel name and  give you indications for the meeting point with photos / google maps pin  ( we will hold a sign with your name)
